Leadership style plays an important role in the performance of an organization and the satisfaction of the followers. In addition, many job descriptions include “leadership ability” as one of the desired skills sought by employers. In this gathering, we will review and compare leadership styles to determine what works best in different situations. We’ll also see what it takes to be called a
Servant Leader and why it just might be the leadership style for you.
Our moderator will be John Gentner, Dean of the School of Management and Leadership at Capital University.
The event will be held 7:30 am – 9 am in the Convergent Media Center, Room 121. Remarks will begin at 8 am. This event is free to attend. Coffee and breakfast items will be provided at no cost to attendees.
Free parking is available at the Trinity Lutheran Seminary lot F5.
