Get ready for the inaugural Columbus YP Week all across Columbus! It’s a collaborative calendar of events and activities focused on all there is to do around the city for 20- and 30-somethings. Columbus-area young professionals and college students are invited to attend any and all events included here throughout our week-long efforts, including networking mixers, leadership workshops, volunteer efforts, fitness activities, social gatherings, and more to get more connected and to explore the Columbus region. How to Get Involved with Local Government

The Create Columbus Commission invites you to a panel to learn about involvement with local government. Panelists representing Columbus from the public and private sector will pull back the curtain to provide transparency and insight into government processes. Attendees will gain an understanding of how they can interact with and contribute to their local government.

The panel will be moderated by Dr. Chenelle Jones, Assistant Professor of Criminology and Criminal Justice at Ohio Dominican University.
