Kiwanis Club YP Service Project with the Columbus Boys and Girls Club

Sign up or log in to save this to your schedule, view media, leave feedback and see who's attending!

Kiwanis Club of Columbus will be hosting a service project for young professionals.

We will be doing a variety of hands-on tasks at the J. Ashburn Center (Boys and Girls Club of Columbus), such as painting, interior cleaning, exterior yard work, etc. This is the new home of the Boys & Girls Club, which relocated from its Gift Street location in Franklinton to the more centrally located Hilltop. The facility is the site for our long-time Reading Buddies program, coordinated by Kiwanian Perry Fisher.

BREAKFAST WILL BE SERVED at 9:00am. White Castle breakfast sandwiches, donuts and fresh fruit, coffee, orange juice, and water will be provided for all volunteers.

After clean-up, rumor has it that volunteers will move to a site for some ‘in-depth discussions’ and recap of the morning’s activities over adult beverages and snacks!
